Manhole covers and 20 levels

We got us some manhole covers! Monsters will fall into the hole if the cover is open. You can either let yourself fall in, or like other pipes, just run over it. If you are cheeky, you can nudge the cover open / closed!

We now have 20 levels, plus a level chooser - and for those who care, a total score is now shown - might add  in a classic "Hi Score" board at some point...
